Holy crap! Thank you! Here we are in the middle of February and people have pledged just over my half way mark--THANK YOU!

As of February 8, 2013 I have digiscoped 56 species.  You can see what's been added over at my Big Half Year Flickr Album or follow along on my blog under the tag Big Half Year. 

My Goal:

I'm going to see how many different species of birds I can digiscope between January 1 - June 30, 2013.  I've got lots of trips planned between now and then so they won't just be MN species.  I think I estimated that I'd get 250, but I think it's going to be more than that.  I'm so not a lister so I'm really bad at estimating how many species I'll digiscope.  But my current travel plans include New York, Missouri, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Florida, South Texas and Ohio.  There's a possibility of San Francisco in there too...you may not want to pledge per bird ;)

And I don't care if you donate to my page or any other birder on here, I just hope you donate to help build a visitor center at Sax Zim Bog!
